After taking this course you will be able to:
1. describe how stress hormones "cross-sensitize" with addiction .
2. explain how the hunter-gatherer parenting model serves the homeostatic drive.
3. utilize as an intervention the concept that addiction (or Buddhist "attachment") directly opposes healthy connection or attachment.
