Educational Objectives
After taking this course you will be able to:
1. explain how the addictive process creates false "stories" and justifications for each specific addiction.
2. describe at least two lines of argument that argue against the "disease model" of addiction.
3. have an awareness of how and why belief systems are critical to the process of addiction.

After you have watched these videos, you can take the Therapeutic Model Introduction (TM #1) Test. Please note that taking and passing the test is necessary to receive continuing education credit for this course and also for credit towards receiving a Certificate of Completion for Level 1 Certification Training in The Answer Model. If you don't pass the test on your first attempt, you can take the test again for no additional charge.
